Biography
Alec Fowler is an Investment Solutions Analyst for the Institutional Advisory Group at Loomis, Sayles & Company. In this role, he constructs tailored investment strategies for pension funds and insurance accounts, and supports their ongoing management to ensure alignment with client objectives. Additionally, Alec constructs analytic packages related to topics such as strategic asset allocation and liability hedging. He joined Loomis Sayles in 2025 from Manulife Investment Management, where he was a senior investment analyst supporting LDI and institutional accounts, the construction of liability hedging programs, portfolio implementation, strategic asset allocation, asset liability modeling, and customized reporting and analytics. Alec earned a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
